Catching the light–that’s what photography is to me. Putting your people, your product or your place into the best light, is what I strive to do.

Over the past years I have been a freelance photographer based in sunny Miami, with its beautiful light year round. I have shot a variety of subjects from fashion to still life, for experienced Fortune 500 companies to the brand new experience of a client’s first photo shoot.

In 1996 I was hired as a staff photographer for the Mark Group. During my 7 year stay there I shot for their 3 catalogs: Boston Proper, Mark, Fore & Strike and Charles Keath. In 2004 I worked at a local studio KSC where I helped manage their studio for a year.

Before that I worked as an assistant for 2 years in Chicago, learning the ropes of commercial photography and then moved to New York City, where I was fortunate to work as an assistant with some of the top photographers in the world, such as Richard Avedon, Bruce Weber, Dominique Isserman, Arthur Elgort, Aldo Rossi, …
